Telemedicine Training & System Rollout
(Graduate Capstone Project)
An academic capstone project completed as part of a graduate-level Project Management certification, focused on planning and leading a large-scale telemedicine system rollout for a multi-site healthcare organization. The project emphasized end-to-end project leadership, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and the development of a scalable training strategy to support system adoption across clinical and administrative roles.

Business Context
Telemedicine adoption presents unique challenges for healthcare organizations, including clinician adoption, workflow disruption, regulatory compliance, and patient experience considerations. This project simulated a complex enterprise rollout for a multi-campus healthcare system, requiring careful coordination across clinical, legal, IT, and operational stakeholders.
My Role
Project Manager (Academic Capstone)
Responsible for developing and managing the full project lifecycle, including scope definition, schedule and cost planning, risk and communications management, stakeholder engagement, and the learning and change strategy supporting system adoption.

What I'd Improve Next Time
With access to live organizational data, future iterations would incorporate pilot testing, real-world adoption metrics, and iterative training refinements based on clinician feedback and system usage patterns.
